Eligibility Criteria for CBI ZBO Recruitment 2025

Educational Qualification

Candidates must hold a Graduation degree or equivalent in any discipline, including Medical, Engineering, Chartered Accountant, or Cost Accountant. Proficiency in local languages of the applied zone is mandatory.

Age Limit

Candidates must be between 21 and 32 years of age (born between 1st December 1992 and 30th November 2003). Age relaxation applies to reserved categories as per government rules.

Work Experience

Selection Process

The selection involves two stages:

Written Examination: The online exam consists of 120 multiple-choice questions, divided into:
- English Language: 20 marks (15 minutes)
- Banking Knowledge: 60 marks (35 minutes)
- Computer Knowledge: 20 marks (15 minutes)
- Economic Scenario & General Awareness: 20 marks (15 minutes)
Minimum qualifying marks: 50% for General and 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD.
Interview: Shortlisted candidates (4 times the vacancies) will appear for an interview carrying 100 marks. Qualifying marks: 50% for General and 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD.
